18. PERIODIC INSPECTION TABLE

The items listed below require periodic check and maintenanceto retain the performance of this machine and to ensure safe businessoperation.


Be sure to check once a year to see if Power Cords are damaged, the plug is securely inserted, dust is accumulated between the Socket Outlet and the Power Plug, etc. Using the product with dust as is accumulated can cause a fire or electric shock.

Periodically once a year, request the place of contact hereinstated or the Distributor, etc. where the product was purchasedfrom, as regards the interior cleaning. Using the product withdust as is accumulated in the interior without cleaning can causea fire or accident. Note that cleaning the interior parts canbe performed on a pay-basis.

REAR CABINET (Greasing to Seat Rail Portion)

Move the Seat to the rearrnost portion and apply spray greasingto the portion shown at the right once every 3 months by usingNOK KLUBER L60 or GREASE MATE SEGA PART No. 090-0066.

After greasing, move the Seat a few times forward and backwardso as to allow the grease to be applied all over uniformly. Besure to wipe grease which attaches to the surfaces of the PROTECTRUBBER on the Seat Rail, or any excess grease.

 

CLEANING THE CABINET SURFACES

If the Cabinet is badly stained, use a cloth which is dippedin the chemical detergent liquid diluted with water and then squeezeddry. Do not use such solvents as alcohol, thinner, benzene, etc.,or abrasives, bleaching agents and or chemical dustcloth as thesecan damage cabinet surface finish.
