6. ASSEMBLING AND PRECAUTIONS

 


· Perform the assembly work by following the procedure herein stated. Failing to comply with the instructions can cause an electric shock.

· Assembling should be performed as per this manual. Since this is a complex machine, erroneous assembling can cause an electric shock or damage to the machine resulting in not functioning as per specified performance. When assembling, be sure to perform the work by plural persons. Depending on the assembly work, there are some cases in which performing the work by a single person can cause personal injury or parts damage.

· Ensure that connectors are accurately connected. Incomplete connections can cause electric shock.

· Be careful so as not to damage wirings. Damaged wiring can cause an electric shock and short circuit.


When carrying out the assembly work, follow the procedure in the following 6-item sequence:

1. ASSEMBLING THE PTV
2. WIRING CONNECTIONS BETWEEN THE CABINETS
3. SECURING IN PLACE (LEG ADJUSTER ADJUSTMENT)
4. POWER SUPPLY
5. TURNING POWER ON
6. ASSEMBLY CHECK

When assembling, make sure that tools such as a Phillips type screwdriver, wrench (for M16 hexagon bolt), and also the master key are available.
