6 - 3 SECURING IN PLACE (LEG ADJUSTER ADJUSTMENT)

 


Make sure that all of the leg adjusters are in contact with the floor. If they are not, the cabinet may move causing an accident.

This machine has 8 casters (4 for the Front Cabinet, 4 for the Rear Cabinet) and 10 leg adjusters (4 for the Front Cabinet, 6 for the Rear Cabinet). (FIG. 6. 3 a) When the installation position is determined, cause the leg adjusters to come into contact with the floor directly, make adjustments in a manner so that the casters will be raised approximately 5mm. from the floor and make sure that the machine position is level.

1) Move the machine to the installation position. To ensure the safe operation of the product, provide sufficient space by adequately keeping the product away from wall surfaces and other cabinets

2) Insert the CAUTION MAT underneath the Rear Cabinet (Photo 6. 3 a).

3) Have all of the Leg Adjusters make contact with the floor surfaces. By so doing, the CAUTION MAT will be secured (FIG. 6. 3 b). Adjust the height of the Leg Adjusters by using a wrench in the manner so that the machine position is kept level.

4) After making adjustments, fasten the leg adjuster nut upward and secure the height of the leg adjuster (FIG. 6. 3 c)
