ToeJam and Earl are two of the hippest dudes ever to hit video games. Although this game is super fun, locating the eleven pieces to your rocket ship can be quite a hard job. Code 1 makes it so your presents don't disappear when you use them, Code 3 lets you see an entire level's map at one time, and Code 16 lets you move faster. If you want to make things harder, try Code 4 so you can't see any of the map. Use Code 9 and the mole won't steal your presents. Code 15 works, but keep in mind that the effect is not dramatic. Code 17 is another one to make things extra hard for you expert 'jammers out there. It's always Xmas with Code 19, which makes all monsters into Santas, and finally, Code 25 gives you a short game--you can find all the pieces on the first 11 levels!

1	Hidden Level - In Toejam and Earl, it is possible to get to an island with pretty hula girls inviting you in for a hot bath, and a lemonade stand to provide you with an extra life! To do it, get to the bottom left of the level 1 island, and activate either the Icarus Wings or the Inner Tube to get over the water. Head to the bottom left to find the hidden island. Fall through the hole in the center of the island, and you'll be in the hidden level.

Hidden Level - In Toejam and Earl, it is possible to get to an island with pretty hula girls inviting you in for a hot bath, and a lemonade stand to provide you with an extra life! To do it, get to the bottom left of the level 1 island, and activate either the Icarus Wings or the Inner Tube to get over the water. Head to the bottom left to find the hidden island. Fall through the hole in the center of the island, and you'll be in the hidden level.

Cheats For Toejam And Earl
#	Type	Description
1	Healing / Extra Life	You START the game on level one, which appears to consist solely of two islands in the water. However, if you jet ski, fly, or ride an inner tube to the lower left part of level 1, you will find another island with a hole in it. Fall down the hole to level 0, where you can be healed (in the hot tub) and receive an extra life (by drinking lemonade). When you leave level 0, you will return to the highest level you have visited.
2	Extra Presents	You can get two or three presents from Santa if you sneak up on him while he's rummaging through his bag, and stand still when he looks up. Do this until you touch him and he drops some presents when he leaves.

PREMISE:          Toejam and Earl are two happenin' space dudes who run
                  into a spot of trouble when their space crusier is forced
                  crash-land on the planet Earth.  Now they have to figure
                  out a way to deal with the stupid and rather primitive
                  natives that this strange planet seems to have inflicted
                  upon them.

IMPRESSIONS:      Cute and funny, these are some of the true treasures of
                  the Sega Genesis game library.  As Rage Games noted,
                  "For a game with no gameplay it sure is fun to play."

VARIATIONS:       Toejam and Earl (1991, our heroes must find all the
                    pieces needed to repair their wrecked space cruiser
                    while avoiding the humans - all levels are randomly
                    generated and has two-player simultaneous gameplay)
                  Toejam and Earl 2 - Panic on Funkotron (1993, our heroes
                    have made it home but find to their chagrin that some
                    of those boorish humans have sneaked along for the
                    ride - graphically superior to, but not as funny as
                    the original)

                  The off-world duo also make a cameo appearance in the
                  mini-game Ready! Aim! Tomatoes!, which can be found on
                  the Menacer 6-in-1 game cart.
