7. CONTROLLER (GUN)

In order to preventelectric shock and short circuit, be sure to turn power off before performingwork by touching the interior parts of the product. Be careful so as notto damage wirings. Damaged wiring can cause an electric shock or short circuitaccident.


In the cases where the controller's operation is not satisfactoryof the controller sight deviates from the direction in which the controlleris pointed, it is possible that some maintenance may be required (the controller'sinterior parts may have been damaged). Replace the parts by disassemblingthe controller in the following procedure: Also, be sure to perform sightingcheck in the TEST mode when the controller parts are replaced.

 

7 - 1 REPLACING THE MICROSWITCH

1. Disassemble the controller.

2. Pull out the microswitch from COVER RIGHT.

3. Take out the microswitch by removing the soldering from it.

4. Solder the new microswitch and assemble the controller.

 


7 - 2 REPLACING THE SENSOR BOARD

The sensor board fits between LENS HOLDER L and LENS HOLDER R. Replacethe sensor board by disassembling sensor unit in the following procedure:

1. Disassemble the controller.

2. Remove the sensor unit from COVER R.

3. Take off the 2 tapping screws to remove the LENS HOLDER L.

4. Take off the tapping screws and remove the sensor board from LENSHOLDER R.
