The Step Volume which detects edging (inclining)
operation is on the bottom of the left-hand side Foot Controller.
Since the Step Volume moves via the Link Mechanism, mechanism-related
adjustments such as gear mesh, etc. can not be performed. Follow
the procedure below for the replacement of Step Volume.
1) Turn power off.
2) Remove the SWING COVER. (Photo 10. 1)
3) Remove WIRE COVER L from the bottom base of the left-hand side Foot Controller. Remove the 3 screws (Photo 10.2 a).
4) Disconnect the connector which is connected to the Volume.
5) Take out the 2 screws which secure the Volume Bracket and remove the Volume Bracket together with the Volume as is attached. (Photo 10.2 b, c)
