this is a device in which a playe rcan play across a phoneline or the like with someone else on a genesis. this was only released in japan, there were actually a few games to use this feature (one being some presidential election sim) and some others. I am not sure whether this was released in america or not.

The games avalible for the US were

1. Madden NFL '95
2. MK
3. MKII
4. NBA Jam
5. NBA Live '95
6. NHL '95
7. SSFII

Plus, it had some "secrets" (Stolen from various sources)

Bonus Game - Fish Pong
For a lively game of Fish Pong press Up, Up, Up, Up, Right, B at the main menu.

Bonus Game - Maze
For a short maze game, press Up, Up, Down at the call-up screen. For a longer maze, press Down, Down, Left, Left, Right, C at the main menu.

Change Font
To change the text font, enter these codes at the Player Select screen.

Earthquake - Right, Left,Right, Right, Up, Right, Left
Expanding - Up, Down, Up, Up, Down, Left, Up
Normal - Left, Right, Left, Left, Up, Left, Right

Sound Test
At the main menu, press Up, Up, Up, Left, Right, Left, Right, Up.
