NAME: Sensible Soccer
AUTHOR/VENDOR: Renegade/Sony Imagesoft
RELEASED: 1993
TYPE: Sports (soccer)
LANGUAGE: Multilanguage

PREMISE: Win as many games and tourney cups as possible! (Feesh)

IMPRESSIONS: Let's get one thing straight - this game is the best
soccer game for any system. Throw your copy of FIFA
away - this has style! Gameplay is the watchword here,
as the players are the size of pinheads (!), but it
allows you to better follow the pitch of the game. You
can score from anywhere, and the balls go in as soon as
you play - the learning curve is learing the skills.
Miss this at your own peril! (Feesh)

Sensible Soccer was regarded by all as the best footie game ever (well here in the UK anyway!). The Mega Drive version is slightly easier than the Amiga or Atari ST originals. But that aside is still the most fun footie game to play two players, edit all the teams, start your own leagues, edit strips. Yeah it looks simplistic but the gameplay is what counts.

If only we had a Mega Drive version of Sensible World Of Soccer which had just about every league in the world to play in.

If you like Sensible Soccer then never play the PSX version, its terrrible. They always think they have to change graphics and views on better machines and end up spoiling the original product!

The Mega CD Version is really good with actual crowd samples playing in the background.

Yup, the Mega CD version is the greatest football game of all time. Without a doubt. I hate football and STILL loved this game!

Well, what more can be said about this game.....except that it is THE best game on the Megadrive (Genesis) bar none! Amazingly addictive gameplay and a great multiplayer game. AND you never tire of playing it! A GREAT game to play by yourself, A GREATER game to play with mates at a party! Still one of the top three football (soccer) games on any console.....even in 2002! If you haven't got it, buy it. If you have got it, go play it now. Go on, it would be rude not to!

I hate soccer and like playing this game. I think that says it all. It's very extensive and its gameplay is excellent. The best soccer game on the Genesis.Grade:A

this game is my all time favourite game, we made teams and leagues up it was awesome, the custom league was the best with such teams as 'big band' and 'Christmas city'
release it for the Game Boy advance !!!!

Wow... what fun! Tight, arcade-style gameplay make this great soccer game stand out. It makes Fifa look... well, kinda sluggish and dull...
