PREMISE:          Your typical top-down car racing game, with a few quirks
                  thrown in to liven things up a bit.

IMPRESSIONS:      Top-down racers in the same vein as Double Clutch.  I
                  can't keep the kids away from these, although the
                  inability to turn off the timer is rather irritating.
                  They are some of Slam's favorite games, though, who calls
                  them "nice Micro Machines clones."

VARIATIONS:       Fun Car Rally (1992 - the original, player enters their
                    own name, stresses off-road tracks)
                  Combat Cars (1994 - the sequel, with different drivers
                    from which to choose and various live ordinance options
                    to liven things up a bit)

These games are great! The sequel Combat Cars is one of my all time favorit games! It is so amazingly fun! If you havn´t you should check it out!

The Sequel, Combat Cars is a fantastic game. Imagine Micro Machines without all the miniture trash, add some weapons, upgrades, more difficult tracks and a co-op mode and you have it.

One of the best Genesis games in my opinion. Shame I haven't got my copy any more :(

can your car outrun a missle? well it better be able to.. if you want to win! its a racing game with full weapon use! watch your ass... or trunk... whatever.

this and Rock and Roll racing were the two premier functional shoot um up car games!

I HATE CHEATING...all the way with a good game so if you want to take it a bit slower but cant beat a ceirtain level just use this CODE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Level skip:

Note: This code requires a six-button controller. Select

one on one mode and begin game play. Press Mode at the

screen that identifies the current level to jump to the next level.

Press X at this same screen to return to the previous

level.
