This is a friendly reminder of the SEGA USA - Service Department - Return Policy. (RMA)
To return a Part/Board to Sega USA you must first obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA) from the Sega Customer Service or Technical Service Departments. You must do this by calling the following number:

PLEASE BE SURE TO PUT THE RMA# ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE BOX AS IT WILL BE SUBJECT TO REJECTION UPON OUR RECEIVING PERSONNEL.
The correct address for all RMA returns is:

Sega USA cannot assume responsibility for items shipped to any other address other than the one stated above. DO NOT SEND RMA's TO OUR CONSUMER CORPORATE OFFICE IN SAN FRANCISCO OR OUR CORPORATE HEADQUARTERS IN CHICAGO. We have asked those divisions of Sega's Receiving Department to Refuse & Return ALL SEGA USA RMA's.
Parts Orders need to be called in/faxed/or submitted via this website before 12pm (PST) if you want it to go out the same day, depending availability & work load for that day. Minimum order is $30.00 unless Order is RED.
