HANDLE VR


 


In order to prevent an electric shock and short circuit, be sure to turn power off before performing work by touching the interior parts of the product. Be careful so as not to damage wirings. Damaged wiring can cause an electric shock or short circuit accident.

When adjusting or replacing the Handle Volume, remove the Centering Mechanism in the following procedure:

Remove the hexagon socket bolt to pull out the Handlebars from the Handle Shaft. The Handlebars incorporate wiring connections.

When pulling the Handlebars out, use care so as not to damage the wiring.

1. Remove the Hexagon socket bolt to pull out the Handlebars from the Handle Shaft. The Handlebars incorporate wiring connections. When pulling the Handlebars out, use care so as not to damage the wiring.

2. Disconnect the 3 connectors.

3. Take out the 3 Truss screws and remove the Front Cover. The Front Cover has wiring connections inside. Use care when removing the Front Cover.

4. Disconnect the connector.

5. Take out the 2 screws and remove the Earth Wire.

6. Take out the 4 hexagon bolts which secure the Centering Mechanism. Be sure to remove the hexagon bolts only from the corners as seen from above the Centering Mechanism.

7. Carefully raise the Centering Mechanism and disconnect the 2 connectors connected to the Centering Mechanism.

 

VR ADJUSTMENT

Loosen the 2 screws which secure the V.R. Bracket to move the V.R. Bracket. Move the V.R. Bracket to disengage ADJUST GEAR mesh and move the V.R. shaft in the manner so that the V.R. shaft cut portion faces the opposite side of ADJUST GEAR as shown. Have the gears meshed and tighten the 2 screws. Carefully turn the Handle Shaft to the left/right and check to ensure that the value variation is within the mobile range of the Volume. After finishing adjustments, be sure to perform Volume Setting in the Test mode.
