10. MAINTENANCE OF MECHANISM UNIT

 

  • In order to prevent an electric shock and short circuit, be sure to turn power off before performing work by touching the interior parts of the product.

  • Be careful so as not to damage wirings. Damaged wiring can cause an electric shock or short circuit accident.

  • Do not touch places other than those specified. Touching places not specified can cause an electric shock or short circuit accident.

  • The hot Motor can cause burns. After turning the power off, wait until the high temperature portions cool off to start working.

  • After maintenance work, when the power is turned on, the Foot Controller performs right/left reciprocating motion automatically. To prevent injury, check for safety in the periphery of the Foot Controller when turning power on.

    The Swing Volume and Step Volume of this product detect the operation of the Foot Controller. The Motor and Clutch allow for reaction in play and centering.

    In case irregularities such as unsatisfactory operation during game play, inaccurate centering, etc. can not be solved by volume settings, the cause of such trouble may be volume gear mesh fault and volume malfunction. Cope with the situation as per the following procedure. Also, note that the mechanism part of this product needs greasing once every 6 months.
