UNCRATE BIKE CABINET
  1. Move the Bike Cabinet shipping crate into location near the final installation location while still on the pallet.
  2. Carefully remove the shipping bands, and top and sides of the crate.
  3. Lift the Bike Cabinet out and set on its casters.
  4. Roll the Bike Cabinet into its approximate installation location.
ASSEMBLE THE BIKE CABINET
  1. Secure the two L type brackets to the rear base by using 2 hexagon bolts (black) for each bracket.
  2. Insert the rear base's square pipes into the front cabinet's square holes. Pay attention to be sure that the front cabinet wirings are not caught.
  3. Remove the 2 truss screws to open the hole lid on the upper part face of the rear base shown.
  4. Connect a total of 6 connectors inside the rear base.
  5. By using the 4 hexagon bolts (black), securely fasten the L type brackets secured as per no. 1 above.
  6. Connect front cabinet wirings to the connector panel inside the previously assembled PTV. At this time, make sure that the wire color (red, green, blue and the remaining color) corresponds with the applicable symbol of the connector panel's display. (RGB and SYNC terminals) Also, note that the connector's insertion angle is predetermined. The connector can be damaged if forcibly inserted in an incorrect direction. Therefore, ascertain the correct direction before insertion. After insertion, turn the connector ring clockwise to lock the connection.
  7. Fit the cabinet along the PTB's guide bracket.
  8. Open the front cabinet's service lid by taking out the 2 screws and using the master key and secure the PTV and the cabinet with 2 truss screws.
  9. Reinstall the previously removed hole lid and service lid.
