8 - 4 REPLACING THE MICRO SW

 

(1) Take off the 2 TAMPERPROOF SCREW's A and 3 TAMPERPROOF SCREW's B to remove GRIP RIGHT.

(2) In this status, the MICRO SW can be replaced.

 


8 - 5 REPLACING THE MOTOR BRUSH

In order to prevent an electric shock and short circuit accident, be sure to turn power off before performing work by touching the interior parts.

Be careful so as not to damage wirings. Damaged wirings can cause an electric shock or short circuit accident. Do not touch places other than those specified. Touching places not specified can cause an electric shock or short circuit accident.


on the OUTPUT TEST screen in the TEST MODE, when 1P GUN or 2P GUN display indicates ON, if the GUN does not vibrate, first check the SWITCH UNIT's CIRCUIT PROTECTOR. If the CIRCUIT PROTECTOR is satisfactory, check the MOTOR BRUSH.

(1) By referring to shown at right remove COVER LEFT, COVER RIGHT and the GRIP.

(2) Remove a total of 6 U NUTS to withdraw the SLIDE MECHA. Pay atention to the wirings to remove the Connector.

(3) Take off the 2 screws fromt he lower part of the MOTOR to take out the brush. If the MOTOR BRUSH worn away as shown, replace the MOTOR BRUSH. When replacing the BRUSH, be sure to replace the brushes for soil sides simultaneously.

 

 


8 - 6 GREASING

In order to prevent an electric shock and short circuit accident, be sure to turn power off before performing work by touching the interior parts.

Be careful so as not to damage wirings. Damaged wirings can cause an electric shock or short circuit accident. Do not touch places other than those specified. Touching places not specified can cause an electric shock or short circuit accident.


Once every three months, apply grease to the following portions. For spray grease, use NOK KLUBER L60 or GREASE MATE (PART No. 090-0066).
