    Re: Shinobi Series (Score: 0)

It took me 2 years of very consistant playing to finish Revenge Of Shinobi. Boy was that game difficult! I never could kill Zeed in time to save the girl. I began to think that was just hopw the game worked and it was mean to be a sad ending. In 1995 I had had the game 5 years. I was seling my mega-drive the following day to try and finance my purchase of a playstation. I played the game one last time and managed to get the happy ending. It took me 5 years! That is why ROS is my favourite in the seres, probably more for sentamental reasons than anything else, or because it was so unbelievably hard to finish properly. You needed to get through the whole maze without getting hit once to save your POW powerup without using you shield magics, because you needed those for the end. ONly if you have your POW, and 2 magics can you kill him in time. You only get one chance :).

Anybody finish Shinobi3? I only rented it a few times. I got to the final cyber ninja type boss but I could'nt work out how to kill him- he jumps into the air and explodes killing everything on the screen... i died every time... I'd love if someone explained what to do with him.
