The color of your "Sonic Adventure 2" menu screen will change, and Rouge will talk to you at various points.

(How to Use)
Save the downloaded theme file to a memory card, then from "Options," select "Theme" to display all of the theme files found on the memory cards connected to your Dreamcast.
