Troubleshooting Drive Systemerrors

E2 Rear Centering Error.

1. Verify90 psi outof Compressor.

2. Verify.6 and .3 mpa at Regulators in MotionBase.

3. VerifyRoll / Inclination Sensor is centered at 80H +/- 9 in input test.

E3 & E4 Front Up / Down Limit Error.

1. Evacuate Pitch Cylinder and retest.

2. Manually initialize Drive System.

3. Go to Pitch Valve Test and verify Up / Down Limit Switchesare

correct.

4. In Pitch Valve Test,actuate Pitch ETR with Throttle to verify it is functioning properly.

5. Insame test, verify function of 4 Port Air Valve with Throttle and Handle.

E5 Front Volume Error.

Verify Pitch Potis over 70H when in downposition and under E0H when in up position.

E6 Low Pressure from Tank.

1. Verify .6 and .3 mpa exactly at Regulators inMotion Base.

2. Verify there are no air leaks in system.

E7 Compressor Malfunction. (JapaneeseGame only)

1. Verify Compressor is pressurizing Tank.

2. Verfiy .6 and .3 mpa at Regulators in Motion Base.

3. Verify there are no air leaks.

Note: If Compressor has trouble starting and game has been running on acircuit with less than 20 amps available to it, the Compressor start circuit istoast. Replace Compressor / Tank with an external one rated at or above 1.5 hp/ 4 gallon Tank. Connect air hose to existing watertraps in Motion Base.
