TROUBLESHOOTING

The items listed below will assist in troubleshooting when a problem occurs. As a first step, check all wiring connector connections and verify AC power to the machine.

PROBLEM CAUSE COUNTERMEASURE    
When the main SW is turned ON, the machine is not activated. The cord is not plugged in. Firmly insert the plug into the outlet.    
PTV cabinet power switch is off. Turn on the PTV cabinet if LED on PTV control panel is not lit.    
Incorrect power source/voltage. Make sure that the power supply voltages are correct.    
Primary or secondary fuse blown. First, remove the cause of overcurrent, then replace the fuse. Primary Fuse: 5A 250V Slo Blo  
Secondary Fuse: 5A 250V Fast Blo    
MONITOR screen is blackened and the fluorescent lamp does not light up. Primary or secondary fuse blown. First, remove the cause of overcurrent, then replace the fuse.
Primary Fuse: 5A 250V Slo Blo    
Secondary Fuse: 5A 250V Fast Blo    
MONITOR screen is all blue. Defective connections between boards. Make sure of correct connections between boards.    
The color of image on MONITOR screen is incorrect. Incorrect monitor adjustment. Make appropriate adjustments.    
RGB connections are mixed up. Reconnect RGB cables correctly.    
The on-screen image of the monitor sways or shrinks. The power source and voltage are not correct. Make sure that the power supply voltages are correct.    
Handle Mecha and bike body operation is not satisfactory. Poor VR setting. VR Perform VR setting.    
VR deviation or malfunction. Adjust or replace the VR.    
Poor mesh of Adjust Gear. Adjust Adjust Gear mesh.    
Spring fault due to secular change of throttle and brake mechanism. Replace spring.    
With Manual transmission, shift operation is not satisfactory. Shift SW malfunctioning. Replace SW.    
During game, no bike body reaction, or irregular functioning. Game start does not unlock the bike. Power On check is not satisfactory. Redo power input and complete Power On check.    
Poor connection or malfunction of the motor driver and drive board. Perform drive board test. Check for connection between motor, motor driver, drive board, and game board.    
Overheat of motor. Turn power off and allow motor to cool before restoring power.    
Bike body centering is incorrect. VR setting fault. Perform VR setting.    
VR deviation or malfunction. Adjust or replace the VR.
